| EQUIPMENT | Only USATT approved equipment is allowed. Rackets must be USATT approved with one side being red and the other side black. White 3-star balls will be used. The 40 mm ball will be used for all events. |
| CLOTHING | Clothing must be of a solid, nonwhite color for both the upper and lower garments. Shoes must be rubber soled. |
| MATCHES | All games will be to 11 points. Each match will be the best 3 out of 5. Each service rotation will be two serves each except for deuce where serve will alternate each point. |
| EVENTS | Open Singles: Preliminary round, November 16th and final round robin on Saturday the 17th. |
| - Players will be placed in groups of three to four players each. Each group will then play a ladder format round robin to determine each player's division. The first place finisher advances to the Open Division, second place to Class A and so on. ALL PLAYERS ADVANCE. The second round will be either a round robin or double elimination among each division to determine division champions.

| Open Doubles - November 16th |
| - Doubles teams can be arranged at the tournament. Doubles teams will be placed into divisions based on how team members finished in the singles preliminary round. Division play will either be double elimination or round robin play based on number of entrants.

| - Players may play a maximum of two age division singles. Format will be either double elimination or round robin based on number of entrants.
